PROCEDURA ZABEZPIECZAJĄCA PRZED ZJAWISKIEM "GHOSTWRITTING" ORAZ "GUEST AUTHORSHIP"
Przesłany do redakcji POLONIA MAIOR ORIENTALIS tekst musi być zgodny z zasadami „zapory ghostwriting”. Wszelkie ujawnione przypadki ghostwriting (nieujawnienia udziału rzeczywistych autorów) oraz guest authorship (dopisywania do listy autorów osób, których udział w powstaniu tekstu był znikomy) będą podawane do publicznej wiadomości na stronach internetowych naszego czasopisma. O fakcie tym poinformowana zostanie także jednostka organizacyjna zatrudniająca Autora.
W uzasadnionych przypadkach Redakcja może zażądać oświadczenia o wkładzie Autora/Autorów zgodnie z zasadami zapory ghostwriting.
Autorzy mogą być także poproszeni o złożenie oświadczenia o źródłach finansowania publikacji, wkładzie instytucji naukowo-badawczych, stowarzyszeń i innych podmiotów (financial disclosure).
PROCEDURE PROTECTING AGAINST GHOSTWRITTING AND GUEST AUTHORSHIP
Texts sent to the editorial team of POLONIA MAIOR ORIENTALIS must comply with the ghostwriting prevention rules. All disclosed cases of ghostwriting (concealment of the involvement of actual authors) and guest authorship (listing persons who made no discernible contribution to the text as its authors/co-authors) will be made public on the website of our journal. The organisational unit employing the Author will also be informed of this fact.
In justified cases, the editorial team may request a statement on the contribution of Author(s) in accordance with the ghostwriting prevention rules.
Authors may also be asked to submit a statement specifying the funding sources for the publication as well as contributions from scientific research institutions, associations and other entities (financial disclosure).
